کمیته تحقیق در پوهنتون جوزجان عملاً به تاریخ 1/3/1391 شروع به فعالیت نموده و اعضای آن از میان نخبه ترین استادان پوهنحی های این پوهنتون انتخاب گردیده است.

کمیته تحقیق رسالت خود میداند تا فرهنگ تحقیق و سهم گیری استادان در حل پرابلم های حاد جامعه را در بین آنها ترویج و آنها  را دراین عرصه رهنمائی و تشویق نماید.

کمیته تحقیق پوهنتون جوزجان با دورنمای کاملاً روشن با درنظرداشت اهمیت تحقیقات عملی برای سرنوشت علمی و اکادمیک یک پوهنتون، کار و فعالیت خویش با ترتیب پلانهای سالانه و ربع وار به پیش برده است که ذیلاً از فعالیت های انجام یافته در یک سال اخیر را تقدیم میداریم.

در یک سال اخیر دو ورکشاب از طرف کمیته این پوهنتون سازماندهی گردیده اند:

  1. ورکشاب رهنمود تحقیقات علمی ( تهیه پروپوزل ها به لسان دری و انگلیسی)

در ورکشاب ها برای اشتراک کننده کننده گان در باره موضوعات مطروحه معلومات لازم ارایه گردیده و برعلاوه، موضوعات بشکل چاپی نیز بدسترس اشتراک کننده ها قرار داده شده است.

فعالیت دیگر کمیته تحقیق، تشویق و رهنمائی استادان برای تعیین موضوعات تحقیقی بوده که به اساس هدایت مقام محترم وزارت تحصیلات عالی استادان باید پروپوزل های موضوعات تحقیقی شان را به لسان انگلیسی تهیه و به مقام محترم وزارت ارسالمی نمودند.

     در نتیجه، پنج پروپوزل علمی تحقیقی ترتیب و به مقام وزارت تحصیلات عالی ارسال گردیدند.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the challenges of Afghan high school students in speaking English. It investigates the challenges existing in teaching-learning and participating spoken English inside the classroom. It is a mixed method research, the data will be collected through the research instruments like survey questionnaire and open ended interview. After analysis in both quantitative and qualitative method, some solutions for the challenges will be made for the learners and English teachers of high schools. On the other hand, my anticipation of the result is that lack of English teachers’ pedagogical skills, lack of logistic and administrative facilities, and lack of supportive environment are the challenges in teaching-learning spoken English in Afghan high schools.

  1. Introduction

Technology of computer, internet and globalization has changed the world into a small village.  By establishing close contact between people from different nationalities, boundaries become thinner, building effective communication get easier. At the same time, English language has emerged as the international lingua franca (Graddol, 2003, Canagarajah, 2006). In Afghanistan, after the political changes in 2001, the Afghan government could establish close relations with foreign countries in areas such as; education, economy, business, politics, culture and so on. Consequently, many international organizations became attracted to invest in Afghanistan. The close contact of Afghans with international societies led to the emergence of English language as a dominant language in all fields of Afghan lives (Qasemi, 2016). Having high quality of English language proficiency became an important ability for the employment. Afghanistan is in the process of globalization. The young and educated population of Afghanistan should be able to use English effectively in their occupational settings.

As a result, Ministry of Education brought some changes in teaching of English language in public schools. Previously, teaching English subjects began from 7th grade but now it begins from grade four. At the higher education, students take English classes for three semesters. In total, from secondary school up to university, Afghan students take English language classes for 9 and half years (Baha and Diakoumi, 2010).

In spite of that, Afghanistan Ministry of Higher Education MoHE (2010) indicates that one significant reason behind jobless graduates was they do not have sufficient knowledge of English language. These are the current demands of the job market. The government of Afghanistan, in order to keep economic stability and to change it to a self-sufficient country, provided facilities for foreign investment in different areas.  In these multi-national companies, besides having skills in specific areas, the Afghan educated class need to be able to communicate effectively in English language (Nader, 2014).  Nevertheless, students generally are weak in English language learning were found in many countries that English is not spoken as the mother tongue or second language. But the English proficiency level of Afghan graduates is still far from the satisfactory. This issue is in line with, MoHE claim about the reason of graduates’ unemployment.

Thus, this investigation aims to determine the factors of causing the undergraduates’ unwillingness to participate in EFL classes and the causes of their poor English language proficiency.

As it has seem the widest environmental issues’ s aspects are depended to transportation system which is moving by petroleum material and from long past time no one has paid adequate attention  on this vital issue. This action is the main cause of air pollution. Ignition of Hydrogen is the main factors which produces or generate the carbon dye oxide entire of the world and publishing of this phenomenon has negative affect on flower garden and it is a serious environmental problem. At last year’s petroleum Events crisis, fast increasing of vehicles, abating petroleum sources, and approval of laws, hard struggle with environmental pollution, ascending of oil rate is the cause of less spending machineries making and also use from replacement ignitions become in order of global research centers. The usage of more inefficient petroleum and discontinuitydeist and petrol expired vehicle extracting immense budget brought out environmental difficult and other transportation issues in our country too. And it is mentionable that the natural gas which exists in our country will be replaced as title of ignition with other present ignitions.

 Importing of gas cars are the indicator way for clearing environment. Improvements and achievements of Arzhanteen and accomplishment of the currently program at Venzowila are the live examples of acceleration for implement of this step. Shortage of ignescent organic material and the basic environmental problems originate of that condition which paid the greatest affection about the usage of gas as effective energy source for active and other type of networks.

 View on above mentioned gas energy are useable on developed countries with same gradually series variations of hydro carbonic energy source (gas and cinder) which extracted from internal source of this country. This research is involved of brief analyzation from current position and work development on gas energy and technology which ally the opinions of majority Almas technological experts. Engineers politicians by doing of this research which has the best importance in the world we want to convince our statements that by support and implementation of this issue which brings lots of economic and ecological facility in this country.

 

 

 

 یکی از فعالیت های مستمرکمیته تحقیق، همکاری با استادان در عرصه تعیین موضوعات علمی تحقیقی برای ترفیعات علمی آنها بوده است. استادان بطور دوامدار در صورت ضرورت به رهنمائی، همیشه به کمیته تحقیق مراجعه نموده اند. اعضای کمیته تحقیق همیشه با آنها همکاری نموده یعنی کمیته تحقیق یک مرجع مطمئن برای حل مشکلات تحقیقی شان بوده است.

علاوه بر فعالیت های علمی و تحقیقی، کمیته تحقیق پلان های کاری سالانه و ربع وار و ماهوار را ترتیب داده که این پلان ها به منظور بهبود پروسه تحقیقات علمی در پوهنتون جوزجان تهیه گردیده است.

کمیته تحقیق پوهنتون جوزجان با درنظرداشت دورنمای این کمیته، درنظر دارد تا در آینده به یک مرکز تحقیقات علمی که دارای تشکیلات منظم و دیپارتمنت های تحقیقی در عرصه های مختلف علوم باشد مبدل گردد و پوهنتون جوزجان در میان پوهنتون های کشور از جایگاه خاص برخوردار گردد. کمیته تحقیق به همین ارتباط با ترتیب پروپوزل تشکیل و پلان کاری، پیشنهادی را به مقام محترم وزارت تحصیلات عالی ارایه نموده است.
